What is the difference between Business Access and Delegation packages?
Business Access packages (1-day or 3-day) include only summit entry, meals, and conference materials — ideal for local Nepal-based attendees or those arranging their own logistics. All-Inclusive Delegation packages include 7-night hotel stay, airport transfers, daily transportation, 5-day tour program, and complete summit access — designed for international delegates from Bangladesh and other countries.
How do I obtain a visa for Nepal?
Bangladeshi citizens can obtain visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Requirements: valid passport (6+ months), 2 passport photos, and USD 30 visa fee. We recommend carrying proof of summit registration and hotel booking. SABES organizers can provide official invitation letters for visa purposes upon registration.
What payment methods are accepted?

Will I receive a confirmation and e-ticket?
Yes! Upon successful registration and payment verification, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your e-ticket (unique QR code), payment receipt, summit agenda, venue details, and pre-event preparation guide. Please check your spam folder if not received within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade my package after registration?
Yes, upgrades are possible until March 1, 2026, subject to availability. Contact our support team with your registration ID. You pay only the price difference. Registrations are also fully transferable to another delegate with prior approval.
What is the refund / cancellation policy?
Cancellations before February 15, 2026: 70% refund. February 16–28, 2026: 50% refund. No refunds after March 1, 2026. Registrations are fully transferable. Force majeure situations handled with rescheduling or full credit.

The summit is held at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, Taragaon, Boudha, Kathmandu, Nepal — a world-class 5-star venue located 10 minutes from Tribhuvan International Airport. The hotel offers 1,200-capacity ballroom, exhibition halls, boardrooms, and a dedicated business center.
Is there a group discount for company delegations?
Yes! Our All-Inclusive Delegation packages already include group discounts: 2-person packages offer ~10% saving (BDT 45,000/person vs 50,000), and 3-person packages offer ~13% saving (BDT 43,333/person). For larger corporate delegations of 5+ persons, contact us directly for custom pricing.
